 everything about your life changes. Your eating habits, your drinking habits, if you smoke you stop, if you stay late – you stop, if you drink coffee you stop. The only thing you shouldn’t stop is drinking water. In fact, this is one of the first things your doctor will tell you – drink as much water as possible. Your body now works overtime – it works for two organisms, so that means it takes up twice the energy. In the first month of the pregnancy you will probably feel very tired. There are some lucky ladies out there that never felt nauseous, but there are also those, who have experienced extreme nausea and vomiting. This can leave you not only dehydrated, but also deprived of some important minerals and electrolytes. If you are sweating a lot, this will leave you dehydrated too. Replace all the missing minerals in your body by drinking water that is mineral. It will also help you if you become constipated. Another problem is that you might become overly sensitive and the taste of tap water might be unbearable for you at this point of time.

It is very important to stay hydrated during pregnancy – drink enough natural mineral water and make sure you stay safe and healthy for the sake of your unborn child.
